Tasman (Tas) Wylie is experienced in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in intellectual property, technology and entertainment law. He also accepts briefs in competition and consumer law, franchising disputes, confidential information, defamation, corporations and shareholder disputes, contractual and commercial disputes, domain name disputes, OAIC, ACMA and ACCC investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Tas appears in the Federal Court, South Australian Courts, and routinely before IP Australia in oppositions and complex examinations (Trade Mark and Design).
Before joining the independent bar in 2025, Tas was Special Counsel & Registered Trade Mark Attorney at Wallmans lawyers and has worked in commercial practice since being admitted in 2016.
