Nour Harb

Nour practises in succession law, equity and commercial disputes, and accepts briefs in these areas, as well as in property and contractual disputes, family law, and matters arising under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before coming to the Bar, Nour practised as a litigation solicitor with a focus on general commercial claims, contested estates, superannuation disputes and equitable claims. She has also worked within the Probate Registry of the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Nour is also a non-executive director of Lawguard Pty Ltd, teaches succession law at the University of Adelaide, and consults as a subject matter expert to the College of Law.

Nour has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide in the field of estate litigation in South Australia.
