Tom Rice has broad litigation experience across a range of areas of law, and a diverse mix of industries and commercial enterprises. Tom most commonly acts in contract, building and construction, consumer law, leasing, property and wills and estates disputes.
Prior to joining the Independent Bar, Tom practised as a solicitor with the dispute resolution team at MinterEllison, which manages disputes in almost all areas of corporate and commercial law. Tom has provided pre-action and litigation advice / representation to clients in both small disputes, and significant litigation spanning multiple Courts over several years.
